Longer text in translation segments doesn't wrap

The text which is longer than the line doesn't display - I would expect the line enlargement to more lines and text wrapping in its borders. If you click on the translation site the field behaves as expected, but I would display everything from the begginning this way because the source segment is after the end of the line unreadable and there is no way how to read its entire content in CTI.

I've just found out that this issue is caused by the change of the column width of the project explorer tree. Problems are also caused by text expanding in the browser(ctrl + +/mouse wheel) - there pops up 4 scrollbars for navigation within the editor window + again no wrapping of overlapping text.

Line wrapping allowed.
Problem with scrollbars is something different. I am creating new issue for that one.

The fix tested against current Sun OpenCTI based on revision 303.
