Left brackets '<' are shown as '<' sequence in translation editor (both in source and target segments).

See attached snapshot.

This is a STOPPER bug. The brackets are displayed wrongly, but translators copy the syntax exactly as it is shown in English (i.e. wrongly)

This is a problem of included Dojo libraries. If I redirect includes to my local copy of Dojo, problem disappears.
I know how to bypass this one, but it may cause some other unpredictable problems in future.

tested against new minor version of Sun OpenCTI (based on rev. 303)

Fixed by changing dojo minor version in dojo cross link reference: 1.3 changed to 1.3.0 (because 1.3 by default goes to 1.3.2)
