The SNB has to be able to retrieve all concepts/ontologies which are related to the instances retrieved through the Event BUS.
It is decided that these ontologies are following the WSMO specification, are encoded in RDF, and stored in SESAME repositories.

Started to implement a connection to SESAME repositories

first test runs successfull which connects to http://dunedin.uni-muenster.de:8080/openrdf-sesame/repositories/SER

following features are successfully tested:

connect to SESAME repository: http://dunedin.uni-muenster.de:8080/openrdf-sesame/repositories/SER/
retrieve all statements and statements of a specific context
normal and recursive query for events via the subClassOf relation
