Description
GNU Octave ImageJ bindings allowing to use the the wide functionality of ImageJ + plugins from within Octave. For example: image viewer, image processor, simple dialogs. Development and testing platforms are Linux and Windows based systems with GNU Octave 3.0 or higher and ImageJ 1.42 or higher installed. The code mainly consists of octave and java scripts. The intended audience are researchers working in the field of x-ray imaging and everyone else who might find this useful. This project is a joint venture of Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces and Helmholtz-Centre Berlin for Materials and Energy GmbH to advance the original bindings generously offered to us by the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility.
