When users mark posts as questions, it is very hard for them to see the "Assign Duke Stars" link. Can we please update this per Matt's mockup, and show an underline when you hover over the link? I'm fielding a lot of questions on this via the feedback manager tool, so this would really help cut down on the responses needed. Customers are not clear, and with a simple change we can make their lives easier. Thanks
