| Add project creation date to "most recent projects" page
It would be nice to know when a project was added when viewing the list of projects in the "most recent projects" page.

I don't know how other web applications process tags, but my intuition at this point is that we would get the most mileage out of treating the tag field as a string of full text, and building up a tag . . .

For usability reasons, I think that it is probably best to sort on strings that are in the display, ie. the title. But you're right, we should exclude leading definite (and probably also indefinite) ar . . .
