Netbeans told me there was an update of the Android Plug-in, from 0.2 => 0.3. I do not see any thread stating what was done, and by whom. Feel free to make this thread where this is done. Personally . . .

I have never seen that link, looks like it could be old. url: http://kenai.com/projects/nbandroid/pages/Install might be "better", however you should know that this plug-in does not work with Androi . . .
