KiWi is a flexible platform for building semantic social software applications (currently: Semantic Wiki and the TagIT). It provides the core services required in such applications, like editing and tagging, the storage of content and associated meta-data, its own triple store, transactions and versioning over content and meta-data, linked open data server, and much more. KiWi is currently in alpha stage and targetted at early adopters and interested developers.

The idea of Project OpenSolaris Dynamic Service Containers ("DSC") is to use standard OpenSolaris / Solaris Sub-Systems / Technologies to implement a light weight dynamic "pull-based" (think cloud oriented) provisioning solution. Zones to encapsulate service instances. SMF to start / stop, and control the provisioning and associated zone payloads. mysql as a registry (state)/ repository to track status, payloads etc. Then to evolve the project over time.

jCalendarCopy will copy or shadow iCal calendars from MacOSX (10.4.X, 10.5.X or 10.6.X) to a Sun Java System Calendar Server. It includes support for timezone changes and repeating events. It is not a synchronization service. This project is not a Sun product. It was developed by past and present members of the Mac Users community within Sun as a tool to enable collaboration.
