“Health is priceless!” However, promoting healthy lifestyle is always a challenge. Urban people tend to spend long hours working that they may be negligent about healthy lifestyle and work life harmonization. This kind of unhealthy lifestyle will result in more burden for the family, higher medical cost for the company, and subsequently, larger health issues for the society.
