About Translate Alice 3 to Chinese

Hi, Dennis

I'm interested in Alice since watched Randy Pausch's Last Lecture, And I'm glad to see there's a lot of new feature in Alice 3.

Now, I'm trying to use Alice 3 in my class, and I need to transalte the GUI (even the API) into Chinese, In ont topic of forum, you metioned that alice3 is being designed and implemented to heavily leverage internationalization / localization (i18n). I'd like to know to do it, thanks.
