ARSExport supports you to export BMC Remedy Action Request System workflow objects.
Do you track your workflow changes e. g with Server Events? Create a simple CSV-file with the types and names of the required objects, import it to ARSExport and create a DEF-file.
ARSExport was developed on Mac OS X with Netbeans 6.7, Java 1.6 (JRE required) and ARS Java API 7.5 (necessary files included in the download package). Tested under Windows XP, Linux and Mac Os X with AR server versions 7.1 and 7.5.
