I need a NetBeans Platform developer who can get the Subversion repository and compile it on a MacIntosh. I need some help discovering why a menu item doesn't appear on the Mac.

On the Mac, the Tools | Options menu item doesn't appear, however, it works on the PC. Without this option, the Mac users don't have access to the platform/application Settings. I'm perplexed. I'm developing with NetBeans 6.8 on a PC.

If you'd like to help, please get and compile the project and see if you can get the Options Dialogs related to the Behave and WorldWind modules to appear. If you can run the app in Windows too, then you can see how it is suppose to work.

To open the project in NetBeans 6.8, you can simply go to the File | Open Kenai Project..., then search for "cps" or select it from the list of feature projects, and then click the Open from Kenai button.

Thanks in advance for your help. Please feel free to bookmark/join the project.

Hello
You should open in the first menu Netbeans -> Preferences for Mac version
I thinks so

Thanks Remzi!

That was it. Not being a Mac user, I'm not sure when, if ever, I would have found that. I thought that the "NetBeans" text was simply a window title, like it is in the Windows OS.

Thanks again.
