Four new crates: active enemy, ambush enemy, passive enemy and switch

In version 0.7.0 four new game entities (or crates) were added: activeenemy.lua, ambushenemy.lua, passiveenemy.lua and switch.lua. Also seven new levels introducing these new crates have been added to the tutorial mission.

- Active enemies start hunting the player automatically and actively when level is started.

- Ambush enemies sit and wait for the player to approach within striking distance.

- Passive enemies will only scout some predefined path and won't change this route even if player is somewhere close.

- Switch deactivates its target, what ever that target might be, for some predefined time when it is depressed.
