Firefox defines as ISO8859-1, but need UTF-8.
I think it is because HTTP header web server.
Fix please.

Can you define a scenario how to reproduce this case, which project, etc.? And your environment (OS, WebBrowser, ...).
By default, all projects/segments are in UTF-8 encoding. If you can provide this info, it's better to file a new bug in order to track the issue properly. Thanks.
