How to create new issue

Supposing you are logged in as project Kenai user.

1.Click on 'Create New Issue' in issue tracker menu.

2.Make sure, that 'cti' is selected in 'Project' field. Select issue type form drop-down menu. Click on 'Next>>'.

3.Continue by filling in the following form. Especially specify priority, environment(in case of bug report) and description.

4.Now you should be able to see the newly created issue at Issue Navigator page.

Note: You cannot vote for issue created by you.
