Hi, I just read the info in my netvibes that new plugin for eclipse was released. I was soo happy. I do not like nebeans (which has the best javaFX support) and the pevious releases of both plugins for eclipse (sun and excadel) was more or less worth less. So I quickly install it in my eclipse, created test project and.... huge disappointment again ![]() There are still no autocompletion for not imported classes (one has to import them be hand before ) it even didn't autocompleted String class, or any key words , sill no code formatting, not mentioning any refactoring ![]() And I still get an error when I am trying to create script in not existing package. sorry guys but it is still useless toy

Hi, Many thanks for your feedback. Sorry you did not find those refactoring and more strengthfull completion features in the plugin. We know that completion is currently missing important features, and that refactoring is also missing, but we could not provide that in this release. . The goog news is that Improving (completion) or making (refactoring) these features available in the source code editor is one of the key goals of next release. In fact having a full-strength source editor is the driving direction for the next release. Regards, Olivier |
