CORBA has a number of features that require dynamic ClassLoading.  This does 
not always work well with
OSGi.  This task is here to track these issues:

1. Add a ThreadPoolFactory class so that GFv3 does not need direct access to 
the ThreadPoolImpl class.
2. Add a ORBFactory class so that GFv3 does not need to call ORB.init (which 
is in the JDK, and cannot find
    the ORBImpl class).
