| I have a project, Duby, that I titled The Duby Programming Language. It's getting sorted as "T". Project list should sort based on the project shortname, not the long name (or smarts should be added for "the" and friends). |

For usability reasons, I think that it is probably best to sort on strings that are in the display, ie. the title. But you're right, we should exclude leading definite (and probably also indefinite) articles from the sort, in the way that lists of book titles are typically sorted. I will file a bug. |
