| A friend, account name "wycats" said he had an active account and it got busted, possibly because he may have tried to create it twice. He wasn't sure why, but the account was no longer usable and he had to create a new one. |

What does, "No longer usable" and "broke" mean? what error messages was the person getting? Could they just not login anymore? Did they try changing the password? You can't create an account with the same username, as the system sill find a conflict and tell you to select a different username. More details will really help in narrowing down the issue. Thanks much!
