Would it be possible to add or update files in the project's download area by command-line? Having ftp-access and using netDrive + [x]Copy or another Windows-ftp-command-line-client, e.g., would be, perhaps, a solution for the pure file copy / peplace part (not for title, description, tag). Background: I often generate files (pdf, jar zip and so on) by script and distribute them to several internal and external destinatinations in one step (= in the same script, batch, ant other tools). Having to use a GUI afterwards for an additional destination breaks the workflow. |
"upload to download" by command line

Hi Albrecht, Your suggestion is a good one. The download feature is very basic at this point and only available via the browser. However, keep watching the site for improvements / additions in this area. Probably not until after the first of the year, but there are plans in this space. --jb The Project Kenai Team |
