I'm close to uploading a very preliminary version of my first project, so this seems important right now. I did a quick search and didn't find a feature or feature request for something like this. The feature I'd like to see is a url for my project that returned a short string defined by the project's administrator. The idea is that a program would request this string at an appropriate time and it would use it to determine if there is a new version this user might be interested in. Joe |
