Is there a convention for the java package for projects hosted on kenai.com? e.g. Sourceforge has net.sf.<projectname>, java.net has org.jvnet.<projectname> Since <projectname>.kenai.com works, it would be logical that com.kenai.<projectname> would be appropriate, but I thought I would check first. |
Java package convention?

Meissner- We like the idea of forming a convention around this, and definitely encourage you talking about it and spreading the word. Currently, we don't have a "rule" around this and prefer that these things form through community efforts rather than edicts from the Kenai team. Please feel free to post about it and start a conversation in the general forum on other java conventions useful to Kenai. Thanks man, The Project Kenai Team |
