Hello I have a working setup of Jira with Mylyn. The initial repository configuration update was slow, but it worked. However, I added a new component and for that to show up in Mylyn, I need to update the repo config. I am trying to accomplish that update for hours now. After initiating the update, I always get a "too many open files" error. Sometimes it pops up after two to three minutes, sometimes after 45 minutes... The initial update took about 1 hour. I have never had this error using other repositories so far, so I assume it has something to do with the Jira setup @ Kenai. Any ideas? Thanks Michael |

| The kenai JIRA instance has many projects so as a workaround how about creating a new filter via the kenai jira webui with the query you want. Then in your mylyn repository window, add a new query and then refresh and search for that new filter you just created. This seems to work for me. |
