Great news ! Thanks ! One problem we have is that we still have open tickets in Bugzilla and it seems that a.) we can have only 1 issue tracker b.) we have to delete the existing data to add Jira ![]() Is there a way to preserver the "old" Bugzilla tickets until we migrated to Jira ? Please advice |

Hi Peter- There isn't a way to do this in the software as it currently exists, but let's take this offline and see what we can work out. Thanks, Jesse |

Peter, Just talked it over with the engineering team and we will increase the number of Issue Trackers allowed to two. This will allow you to have both running at the same time. Sure don't recommend using two Issue Trackers, but this will get you into a position that you can transition between the two. Should have something for you later next week. --jb The Project Kenai Team |

Hello guys, Maybe it is not quite good place to ask, and maybe I'm not polite for doing so, but I wish to know how I can get AT LEAST ONE credit to open open source project on Kenai. Also, it will be very nice to know how much space it is dedicated per project. Thank you in advance, Uros |

Hi Uros, Send an email to kenai-admin<at>sun.com and tell us a little about the project you want to start up. The folks on that email alias can help you out with the invite. Thanks for asking! --jb The Project Kenai Team |

For the Two - issue tracker scenario, did you know that JIRA has a built-in Bugzilla Importer? If you want to learn more about consolidating all of the Issues on JIRA, click to: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/latest/bugzilla_import.html Also, if you have other projects that use JIRA and want to migrate their issues into Project Kenai, this is fully doable. Kenai is running JIRA 3.13 that has the new project import feature ( http://tinyurl.com/9p2t8n ) that lets you migrate projects. If you have any questions, reach me directly daniel at atlassian dot com. |

Hi, at the moment, linking of issues seems to be disabled in JIRA. Will it be enabled in the future? To your information. with linking you can easily show dependencies, duplicated issues or other connections between issues. Kind Regards and Happy holidays from Germany |

Hi Jens, Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. Most of us were out of the office over the Holidays. We've turned on the linking feature for Duplicate and Related. Are there any custom relations you would like to see besides these two things? Thanks for pointing these kinds of things out to us. It all helps make things better for everyone else as well. --jb The Project Kenai Team |
