I have a problem and I need some help. I've started a project and added few members. Then I've chosen JIRA as issue tracker. Here starts my problem. Now when I add new user (using Menage project -> Members on kenai) I can use him/her (for example to assign an issue), but I can't use users added "before JIRA". I've tried to delete them and add them again but it is not making any difference - I still can't use these users on JIRA. When I try to add users as developers in JIRA it says that user 'does not exist'. These users are added as Software developers in "kenai part" of the project. I don't know if this is a bug or I made something wrong but it will be great if someone help me to solve this problem

Hi, it seems that we have a bug relating to getting usernames starts with a Cap letter to be synced into JIRA DB from Kenai. Would you mind to register Sonkun with a lower 'S' to see whether he was added to JIRA permission properly? Your steps above are correct. Thanks and sorry for the delayed reply, -Lea |

I've tried to register new user "sonkun", but there is an error massage saying that this user already exists. Also adding user sonkun (registered as Sonkun) to project fails. The only solution I see for now is to tell my developers to create another account with new login. Thanks for reply, Simon |

I deleted "Sonkun" user for now, so you can have your developer to re-register again with a lower case username. We have also fixed the bug that we don't handle mixed cased username for JIRA user permission mapping (http://kenai.com/jira/browse/KENAI-2373). Sorry for the trouble and delayed reply, -Lea Wang |
