Hey Guys , You can Connect to jira repository right inside from Netbeans using [1]Cube'n. BTW you have real advantage over mylyn if you using cube'n as It supports to connect Jira repository base on project wise or repository wise. Ex: https://kenai.com/jira/browse/NBANDROID or https://kenai.com/jira/ (this is really useful when working with large repository like https://kenai.com/jira/ to prevent cache only relevant information locally and speedup attributes update).
