Hi folks, There has been some strange behavior going on around the site in the area of authentication, because of the underlying service that we use, having issues. We've been told that they are about to revert back some changes that were made to this service late last week, and we hope this will eliminate the problems that have been showing up on Kenai.com as well. We're really sorry for the trouble. They will start the changes to the service in the next few minutes (2:00PM Pacific time) and should have things back up shortly. If you have created a new account on Kenai since April 6th (in the last day). Those accounts will be inactive until after 9:00PM Pacific time tonight. Again, very sorry for the trouble. We hope to things back to normal as soon as possible. --jb The Project Kenai Team |

Hi, where can i get help with my login issues? since 3 day i can't manage to login (mercurial and web). Currently i'm using ssh-keys to get access to the repository. For the web login i have a pc that was logged in before the problems began. I've tryed several the "Forget Youre Password"-Function but i've getting always the "Invalid username/password combination" As username i've been using my login-name and my email. The project i'm woring on is octave-imagej http://kenai.com/projects/octave-imagej |

Hi, As with all issues that can't be resolved via the Help pages or Forums, please don't hesitate to send an email to kenai-admin<at>sun.com. That gets in front of a lot of folks right away and is the fastest way for us to help you out. --jb The Project Kenai Team |

I was unable to login last week, so I thought I was not entering the right password. I requested a new password and got the error: Change Rejected The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to? Then I remembered that I had set my browser to not accept cookies. It was a head-slapping moment, to be sure. I just hope others can learn from my mistake! |
