I created a project in kenai and selected JIRA as issue tracker. I have netbeans 6.8 installed in my system. When i tried to create a issue tracker in Netbeans 6.8, i am getting error saying 'unable to connect to server' I gave below details at the time of connecting. Connector : JIRA Name : jira Issue tracker url : http://kenai.com/jira user name : azeem_is [My kenai user name] password : *********** [My kenai password ] Please let me know if i miss anything here. Thanks in advance |

Hi, the protocol in the url "http://kenai.com/jira" you used is wrong - try https instead. anyway, to take full advantage of the kenai support in NetBeans, go to main menu > Team > Team Server and login with your credentials. From there on it should be straight forward. The repositories for all projects you open will be automatically setup and available in the kenai dashboard (main menu > window > team) hope this helped t. |

Thanks for your response. The url https://kenai.com/jira/ worked fine. If i am using Netbeans behind proxy server then i am unable to connect to the above URL. Ideally, it should work after setting the proxy settings in Netbeans, somehow JIRA is not working. Source control and other stuff are working as expected. Once again thanks for the reply |
