I need your help...

The robotics department of the University of Lleida has appropriated my work and has published in various publications, saying they were the authors of the research.

http://robotica.udl.es/

I contacted with university, after eight months they told me that:

* No project has been related with one of my researches, the authors were Jordi Palacin Roca & Marcel Tresanhez.

In my case, I expose you that:

* I published all my work under open source, design, code, etc. since its 1st creation/development.

* University of Lleida never has published the souces (sources that I have released under LGPL or GPL)

* University of Lleida says tha that author was Jordi Palacin, It's not true (I was the author, he had published my work under its name).

* On 2008 I had an accident with my motorcycle, and I was 1 year on hospital.

¿How I can defend my authorship?

Currently sources are hosted into kenai project: http://rop.kenai.com/

Question: If they didn't release any source code, how can you be sure that they used your work ?

In all the cases, you need evidences to support your claim of work stealing.

1) If you think that they published something based on your work without proper credit, you can contact the organisms where they published their papers (if not the universiry itself) and provide your evidences.

2) If you think that someone is using your code in a way that violates the LGPL or GPL license, gather evidences and report the case to the Free Software Foundation : http://www.fsf.org/

In the bottom of their page, they wrote "The FSF also has sister organizations in France, Latin America, Europe and India". Maybe they can help you (in Spain ?). If they don't have a branch in Spain, they may at least tell you what to do.
