Is there a way to insert new line character in project description and download section? It really starts to annoy me. I tried everything (<br/>, \n, \r\n), but it seems that white spaces are just ignored by parser. I also hate those field size limitations: Detailed description of your project, including development status. Maximum of 500 characters. What kind of detailed description can be fitted in 500 characters? And 200 characters for description in download section, seriously? |

Hi Maksim, The main description field is meant for a short to medium length description of your project. If you want to have a longer description I would suggest enabling the new WikiHomePage feature and just displaying the Home wiki page as your main project page. You can then do anything you like to present your project. As for the downloads area.... that's just the limit that we've selected. It seems to have been sufficient for the last 9 months or so.
