The HIEOS development team would like to announce the availability of HIEOS Release 1.1. This release includes mainly internal implementation changes to include:

  • Removed remnants of XDS.a support.
  • Refactored XDS.b / XCA client code into a separate JAR file (xclient.jar).
  • Upgraded project files to support NetBeans 6.7.1.
  • Removed redundant repository implementation code in OMAR.
  • Cleaned up logger output.
  • Stripped out many "unused" classes.
  • Updated documentation to note that only GlassFish v2.1 is required and not GlassFish ESB.

Please consult the HIEOS Wiki (http://kenai.com/projects/hieos/pages/Home) for features and setup details (please note: no database schema changes have been made in this release).
