• to check out and in should be possible with no user previliges
• so simple check out the code use https://svn.kenai.com/svn/hitchbase~hitchbase-source
• to chek in the code you must use svn+ssh://georgenser@svn.kenai.com/hitchbase~hitchbase-source
• maybe it is good to create an kenai account for better communication
• maybe you have to upload your public ssh key to kenai
• you can use a Subversion Client like RapidSVN
• In the Repository should be a gzipped file with some actual database entries
