Welcome to iwTweet, a module for integrating twitter functionalities in netbeans. The idea is very simple: we like to use Twitter, and we do almost always technical tweets, talking about the framework we are testing or the bug we are trying to solve at the moment, so having a Twitter client integrated with our IDE makes a lot of sense.

So we've taken the JTwitter library by Winterwell and created a Netbeans module around it to have a complete twitter client.

Be aware: the module is still in alpha state and can contain bugs, although we use it in a daily basis, so it is stable enough for us. The project is not released yet, so if you want to try it you'll have to check out the code: http://kenai.com/projects/iwtwitter/sources/subversion/show
