J-ISIS intermediate release 27 October 2 011 released for CDS/ISIS users Community Consideration
- J-ISIS latest source code has been imported in Kenai
- J-ISIS intermediate release 27 October 2 011 with Test Databases can be downloaded from the ">>download" item on the J-ISIS project web page.
- J-ISIS with a Digital Library Data entry module, stopwords processing, bug fixes and many new improvements
- Unzip the file int "c:\testjisis" folder for example and double-click on "jisis_suite.exe" in "C:\testjisis\jisis_suite\bin" to run j-isis
- Please note that a special release for Mac OS X is also available.
A thesis, written by Helen Hagos Berhe of Vrije Universiteit Brussels (Belgium), describing in details the J-ISIS capabilities and necessary improvements for managing Digital Libraries, will be published on this website in the next days. A new version of J-ISIS with will also be released that will include these new improvements and internal updates.
