Hi, it would be nice if the JavaMail sources could also be downloaded via a simple HTML link. I suspect that the current mechanism with account creation, Mercurial, SSH, and firewalling will take several hours before one gets the sources. And there seems to be little reason to require people who need the sources as documentation (e.g: as IDE source attachment) to follow the long procedure. Regards Alex |

The most recent release source code is available from the download link on the left side of this page. The current development source code is only available via Mercurial. Note that you don't need an account or SSH to download using Mercurial. You can download it anonymously using Mercurial and the http URL for the repository. The source code is also available in the java.net Maven repository in a form suitable for use in an IDE when debugging. |
