Windows raises OpenAL error when running background music

Windows has used this background music in LifeTank before. It raises code 
40963. I've tried updating LWJGL to the latest version, and no improvement is 
made.

I've seen some indication that it might be the sound drivers on my machine. 
If anyone else can produce this, I'd like to know.
