This is the JavaFX version of my JFrets desktop application. Not all of the features have been ported over yet, but you can select a chord, play sounds, and look at individual notes. I will be adding other features as I work in the menu system. You can compare this to my desktop application, and if you wish, help me move features over. The decision was made to move to JavaFX because of the animation effects, and the web based possibilities. I can now create a circle, rather than store the various circle images. I would like to make the strings vibrate when played. The Web Start abilities of JavaFX means that I can put this on a server so people can access it over the web, and drag it to their desktop. Stop by often, as this is an active work in progress. |
