WebDAV defines a number of methods (e.g. COPY, MOVE, MKCOL) that are not
currently supported and Microsoft have proprietary extensions to the protocol:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa142917(EXCHG.65).aspx

The method dropdown should be the same as the header name dropdown, wherein it
can be overridden by methods entered manually.
