	Ability to consolidate workloads on to a minimal number of hosts, based on HA policy for the service. This would allow you to power off nodes that are not being used.

	I've added this to http://wikis.sun.com/display/DSC/9.+Ideas it shouldn't be too hard as we can already flag defective workload zones for offlining through the dsc-intergrity service, the suspect table and minor mods that went into dsc-refresh. R.
