	We have completed release 1.0 of Meta SMF and are waiting for Sun Internal legal approval to Open Source it. We expect this within the next couple of weeks and when we get it we will post the 1.0 release code here. 1.1 is under development - milestones will be posted ... after Open Source approval

Meta SMF has been renamed Project OpenSolaris Dynamic Service Containers (Project DSC).

The project has now completed the Open Source Legal Clearance process within Sun and will be posted to the web in the next few days.

Documentation is now available for all to read at
http://wikis.sun.com/display/DSC

We expect to submit this as a project to OpenSolaris.com as well in the next few days.

	DSC 1.2 We're rapidly heading towards releasing DSC 1.2. Check out The DSC 1.2 Features page for what we think is currently going to be in there. We're also undertaking a large benchmark in the next couple of weeks to investigate / check how DSC scales. We're hoping to get up to 3-4000 Payload zones - it should be interesting.
