http://kenai.com/projects/nbandroid/pages/Intro has a quick description. The platform is not the top-level directory of the SDK but one of subdir in
platforms
or
add-ons
dirs.

Hello,

I read the intro and I have done as it is written, but selecting a folder will not enable the Finish button! I do not know what could be. Netbeans to use the version 6.5.1 and android version 1.5_r2. Suggestions?

Same problem here (win,nb 6.5.1, NBandroid 0.3 plugin update)
Whatever folder I select from the 1.5rc2 folder or subfolder, it wont enable the next/Finish button.
Thanks
Sven

I uploaded a new version that will make it easier - select SDK top-level dir and then select a target on the next page (well more UI enhacements are on my disk but better this than nothing).

Hi,
i do have the same problem. (WinXP, NB 6.5.1, tested with android sdk 1.5r1 & 1.5r2)
i also tested the new platform plugin (0.4). I can select the SDK folder and i can choose from the 3 Options (sdk 1.1, 1.5, google api + sdk) and i can click finish. After i clicked the all buttons become inactive. If i choose another option the buttons become active again.
any suggestions?

Ps: sry english is not my native language ^__^"

Hi,

I have a similar problem. After updating to version 0.4,I now can select the platform, but when I hit the "Finish" button - it just becomes disabled and nothing happens.

I have just tried with version 0.5 and I still have the same problem. When hitting the "Finish" button, I notice the error icon (right side of the status bar of NB) is flashing for few seconds but I don't know what's the problem.

Is there a log somewhere?

Please file a bug at http://kenai.com/jira/browse/NBANDROID and attach the log file there. Go to http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqLogMessagesFile to find where your log file is.

hey
i tested it today with NB 6.7 and it worked <3. now my problem is to include an external Jar file.

I've got the 0.5 plugin to work with NB 6.7.

Howver, I still can't see how I add other jars to my project??? I have a jar with some objects in and I can add this jar to the Libraries part of the tree in my project. The project conpiles fine so it's seeing it at build time. But it is not being bundled into the package that is run. So the application fails as soon as a class in the oterh jad file is referenced.

How can I do this?

JAR support is tracked at http://kenai.com/jira/browse/NBANDROID-2. You can add your comments. Honestly I am not quite sure yet how it is supposed to work. An input on this is welcomed.
