The system will be a platform to allow exchange of information, pictures, drawings and even ideas over the internet. The system must be portable to allow people to access the information using not only computers and laptops, but cell phones, iphones or even downloadable to allow offline access to information. Medical experts can also put up general information on the prevention of spreading of the diseases to educate the public.
