OOo Migration Phases

There are three phases to the OOo-Migration

1. Preparation
   • Map current services, workflows and Kenai capabilities.
   • Export data from the CEE site.
   • Understand how to continue OOo collaboration in the Kenai framework
   • Identify gaps in the process
   • Identify requirements/adaptation
2. Implementation (Nov/Dec 2010)
   • Begin data migration
   • Implement any Kenai enhancements and customizations
   • Testing in a staging environment
3. Final migration (Jan 2011)
   • Setup of production environment
   • The final migration of the production site.
