	Hmmm. Did you touch that activemq-config.xml file? Does it look a valid XML, isn't it corrupted? I can't remember that we would need to touch that file during configuration of openempi. Maybe your JBoss got corrupted/changed? I use jboss-4.2.3.GA-jdk6 edition with 1.6.x JDKs.

	I believe that there's a good chance that the error message is caused by a backslash in your path. See the error message, you have a backslash in the "C:\server\jboss-4.2.3.GA\server\default/conf/activemq-config.xml". Replace them with a forward slash and try it.
