	How can I bulk load in the repository say 500k patient records?

	There is a file import functionality. If you export your dataset into a CSV file you can use that to load your data. Other possibility is through the PIX/PDQ interfaces. Development needs to be done to be able to load patient data directly from a JDBC source, this is not implemented yet.
