Hi, OpenEMPI can be easily embedded into the OpenPIX/PDQ server. In 2.0.4 we did a lot of work on tightening this integration and tried to make the task of running OpenEMPI with a PIX/PDQ interface as easy to the user as possible. If you deploy the 2.0.4 release's war file, the PIX/PDQ interface is embedded and you can just start the interface by using the Start PIX/PDQ menu option from the user interface. If you have follow-up questions on this, let me know. Odysseas |

Alex, Sorry for the delayed response but notifications don't seem to be working. Can you post the error message that you are seeing regarding the IheActors.xml file missing. We are not able to reproduced the issue. The war file includes the required configuration file for OpenPIXPDQ in the WEB-INF/classes directory. If you are deploying the war file onto JBoss, the app server will expand the war file into a temporary work directory and you should be able to find and modify the configuration file. On our test server for example, the IheActors.xml file is at: /server/default/tmp/deploy/tmp7019062406803404740openempi-webapp-web-2.0.4-exp.war/WEB-INF/classes/IheActors.xml. Odysseas |
