Getting linked Patients with PDQ Query

I have the ProbabilisticMatchingService running and it also links matching Patients.
My question is the following:

Is it possible to retrieve via a PDQ Query the linked Patients ?
Fe. I send in via ADT 2 Patients called John Smith and Jon Smith (witch match in the ProbabilisticMatchingService).

If I query now with PDQ for John Smith I would also like to retrieve the linked Jon Smith Patient.
