Losses and Events

Currently, the loss events in this database are just that: Events, where a loss value can be entered. We are wondering if it might be better to devide this concept in tow parts: losses and events. The idea is that these to things are connected in a 1:N or maybe N:M relation. So, one can take a "loss" approach to enter data (if the booking information is more relevant) or an "event" approach. The latter could be more interesting if it was only an almost-loss or if the booking information is not known.
