I just developed a Data Module Editor for GreEd. Which, as the name makes it obvious, allows you to create the data module which can then be loaded into GreEd (by clicking the GreEd button) to allow you to create rules for the module.

Here is a video to show how it is done.

This is just the first cut. Much remains to be done. For instance, we would certainly like to save the data modules we create. But for now, this is a good starting point, I think.
