First you will need Java

1. Java (JDK)
   1. Install Java(JDK 1.x)
   2. Set classpath to your system
2. Use Netbeans or Eclipse or your favourite editor (Notepad, gedit, vi,emacs etc)
3. SICstus Prolog
   1. Install SICstus Prolog
